A Maintenance and Repair Services / MRS is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation.

MRS Procedure: Products returned to PI miCos GmbH must have a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. For the correct processing we would like to ask our customers to follow the below descrided instructions:

at 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM / Friday
Please have your purchase order number, or our confirmation number available as proof of purchase when you request authorization for return. When possible, items should be returned in original packaging with all paperwork intact.
The MRS number provided to you must be written on the outside of the shipping package for immediate identification. We will provide shipping instructions at the time the MRS number is assigned.
