All UPR-120 AIR rotation stages are directly driven by a torque motor. The UPR-120 AIR is equipped with an angular scale system and an optical reference switch. For higher positioning accuracies or resolutions, the UPR-120 AIR can be offered with different angular scales or even a double head scale system.
