The PR-32 is a compact, open aperture, rotation stage utilizing a dual piezo motor for higher precision and load carrying capacity. Two steel ball bearings allow high load carrying capacity, smooth motion and an unlimited degree of travel. learn more...
An optional encoder provides up to 22 x 10-6 degree resolution. The PR-32 can be combined with the linear series of piezo stages. Vacuum and Ultra High Vacuum (10-9 mbar) compatible versions are available. Encoder is rated at 10-8 mbar.
